What do you need to book a rental car in Varna?

In order to  rent a car, you need to submit your request online or by phone at +359 899 02 15 17. An early booking can save you time and money and you will have a wide choice of cars to choose from

What documents are required to hire a car?

For registration of the contract we require:

• each driver's valid driving license(1+year driving experience)
• a passport or id card

Where can I pick up the car from?

Our locations for car hire are at Varna airport Terminal 2(arrivals hall) or Varna Downtown(Center). On request we can deliver the car you want to any location in Bulgaria 

How payment is made? Is it possible to pay the rental in GBP or EUR?

Payment of the rent occured when collecting the car in Bulgarian levs, US dollars, Euros or British pounds. And if you do not have cash, we accept credit cards(VISA, MasterCard).

What means a deposit for the car ? How much it costs ? And why is it needed ?

Deposit - it's your responsibility to our company for the rented vehicle . A security deposit of 100€ up to 400€ is required( only by card). When you return the car without any damages, deposit shall be returned in full .

Can I rent a car if I do not have driving experience ?

Yes, it is possible. To do this, you need to send us your passport and license via email. Secured deposit is slightly increased .

Can a foreign citizen rent a car ?

Yes. Requires the submission of passport and driving license ( EU license,International license )

What should I do if the car breaks down on the road?

We follow the state of the car and they are regularly checked. Probability of a failure is minimal. If it still occured, call us on +359 899 02 15 17. If it is not possible to repair the car on the road, you will be provided by another vehicle (possibly the same or higher class)

What kind of insurance has got the car ?

All vehicles are insured under the CTP and FULL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE . Including theft and damage of the car. Against small additional fee you can add FDW(full damage waiver with excess 0.00 EUR) to your rental.

Can I make the contract for several drivers , and how much does it cost?

Yes, the registration of the contract is possible for two or more drivers. Additional fee may occur( +2€/day for each additional driver)

Can I go abroad with the car ?

Yes, by prior arrangement with the company. Extra insurance will be added in the amount of EUR 100. Secured deposit increases.

What's the mileage limitation ?

None. Unlimited mileage .
